I had started imagining descending during a SCUBA dive as deepening imagery and recently found myself using a big beautiful yacht as my safe place, so I could ride the pressure waves safely when I wanted to and then jump into the wonderful water and dive ‘deeper, deeper down’ when I needed it.

Now if only I could convince my hospital to let me bring a birthing tub! :)
