I finally had a chance to watch the program and it was exciting to see that they mentioned hypnosis for childbirth.
The moms who use Hypnobabies usually have different reasons for doing so. Most want to be more comfortable during their birth, some are trying to just overcome their fear of birth, some are just trying to achieve a vaginal birth after a cesarean and want more tools to do so. I only know one mom from the Hypnobabies Yahoo Group who was using it and really hoping for an orgasmic birth. Maybe that was her? Who knows…
But it was exciting that hypnosis for childbirth was mentioned, because now more moms know it is an option!
