I hope you will enjoy this, I’ll try to be brief…I was online reading many birthing stories, lamenting how anxious I am about my upcoming birth in April ’09, my fifth birth (third natural), praying as I was reading. I am terrified of having a repeat of the birth I had last, a posterior little guy. I am scared of the pain that I had then…I don’t want to go back there. I really was panicking as I read through stories, that though they were beautiful, brought me back to that point in time that I am so fearful of. I thought I’d post on the hypnobabies yahoo group, asking for encouragement and then I came across your story and video of you singing in labor. I just sobbed and sobbed and continue to…I feel like Jesus reached out and rubbed my shoulders and reminded me that I can do this, that I am not alone. Thank-you so much for being part of an answer to my prayer for comfort. I would love if you would share with me the name of the song you were singing or somebody who has recorded it. The Lord, through you, has given me such peace this evening. God bless you.
